Hot Hot Run

Went out at about 4:45pm today for a five mile run. It's was frickin' HOT. Damn. I would've thought running on Maui would've helped the cause. But, I guess Maui at 6:30am isn't as hot as Seattle at 5pm.

Anyway, I finished the run, and I feel pretty good about it. At least that's one good thing that's happened since I returned to the mainland less than 24 hours ago.
