Big Problem
So, I'm on the hook to make a turkey and a butternut squash lasagne for Thanksgiving with my cousin Steven and his wife Donna. I now have all the ingredients and all the kitchen supplies necessary to make the meal.
One small issue, though. My oven isn't working! Hopefully the maintenance people can come by tomorrow, or I'm royally screwed.

Ha ha... for the record, I do plenty of cooking, but I NEVER use the oven.
I ended up pan frying the stuffing I made. It's a really good recipe. I'll make it again, hopefuly actually stuffed in a turkey breast next time... not over a bed of rice. :)
I've never baked, though I may start just so I have an excuse to get a cool new mixer.
Oh, and yeah, that was the first time I tried to use the oven.
the only reason "Kaia's mom" thinks that the anonymous writer is her sister, is because they think alike and "Kaia's mom" wanted to write the same darn snotty comment :)
We know that boys can cook ... and we appreciate the fact that you can do it well!
